Join to apply for the Registered Behavior Technician Training Program - Center Based role at Proud Moments ABA.

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for individuals to join our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program to support both our Center and Home-based learners.

Our RBTs are an essential part of the treatment team—delivering 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. If you are passionate about making a difference and eager to receive comprehensive training, this role is for you.

What to Expect in Our RBT Training Program

• Support throughout your RBT training and licensing journey, from day one through your first session and beyond.
• The program is remote and self-paced, allowing you to maintain your current role or studies while pursuing RBT certification.
