Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Knoxville and Maryville, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour while delivering in-home and in-school ABA services to children and families.

Join a supportive team offering flexible schedules, paid training, ongoing professional development, and travel to client homes across Tennessee. You’ll implement treatment plans under a BCBA and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
• Travel to client homes and community sites as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client's progress
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full‑Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part‑Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
