Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Mocksville, NC to provide in-home and in-school ABA services. You will work one-on-one with children, delivering individualized therapy and collaborating with BCBA teams to support skill development in daily living, communication, and social behavior.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, competitive hourly pay from $20 to $28, paid training, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth while helping

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout North Carolina
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
