Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our compassionate, mission-driven team providing 1:1 ABA therapy. Work across NC in-home and in-school settings under BCBA supervision, with flexible full-time and part-time options and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy, collecting data, and helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualificações

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with children preferred but not required.
• Reliability and willingness to travel locally required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.

• Collect and report data on client progress.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across NC and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout NC

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
