Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings across North Carolina. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules in Greensboro, NC, and opportunities for training and professional growth.

The role involves delivering ABA therapy, implementing BCBA-developed plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinicians to support skill development and meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout North Carolina
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
