Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our family-centered team in Graham, NC. This role supports in-home ABA therapy, implements treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and helps children progress through data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 40-hour ABA training completed.
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain, RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience a plus, not required.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range:$25 - $27 per hour

• Part-Time:12 - 15 hours/week

• Shifts:Evening

• Location:Graham, NC

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have completed 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA)

• Best to have, or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

• Ability to pass background check.
