Job summary

Total Care ABA in Dublin, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in-home, in-school, and within community settings across North Carolina. You will deliver ABA therapy, implement BCBA plans, and accurately collect progress data.

We provide flexible schedules, paid training, and growth opportunities; competitive hourly pay and benefits for full-time roles, along with travel to client homes in NC.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required.
• Services provided in person throughout North Carolina.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout North Carolina
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
