Job summary

Total Care ABA in Temple, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home, in-school, and community ABA services for children with autism. You’ll work one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision and contribute to meaningful progress.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay, and training opportunities. Requirements include RBT certification, BACB registration, and reliable transportation to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
