Job summary

Total Care ABA in Pineview, GA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home, in-school, and community settings across Georgia. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules designed to fit your lifestyle and a pathway for professional growth.

As an RBT, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement BCBA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and a clinical team to support children’s progress. Training is provided and work is close to home.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locallyStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
