Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fairland, IN. You will provide in-home and in-school ABA services, delivering one-on-one therapy to children and documenting progress under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and growth opportunities. A current RBT certification and BACB registration are required, plus reliable transportation for local travel across Indiana.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active BACB registration
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep records of client progress
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required
• Provide services in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in ongoing staff training and commitment to learning and performance improvement

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children preferred

ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
