Job summary

Total Care ABA in Bloomington, IN is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings. You'll deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers flexible hours (Full-Time or Part-Time), competitive pay ranging from $20 to $27 per hour, and opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and stipends for supplies as you travel to client sites across Indiana.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
