Job summary

Total Care ABA in Indiana is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings. Earn $18–$27 per hour with flexible schedules and opportunities for training and growth.

You will deliver ABA therapy, implement plans from a BCBA, and document client progress while traveling to clients' homes as needed across Indiana.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification.
• Must be registered with BACB.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans as directed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children preferred

ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
