Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Indiana, including Marion. Earn $20–$27/hour with flexible schedules, assisting children to develop essential skills under BCBA guidance.

Your role involves delivering individualized therapy, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams to monitor progress and foster meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred, ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
