Job summary

Total Care ABA in Overgaard, AZ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to deliver individualized ABA therapy.

You’ll receive flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $20–$28/hour, full or part-time options, and training with BCBA supervision. RBT certification or BACB registration is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful progress for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
