Job summary

Total Care ABA in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings with ABA therapy. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and work closely with families and a BCBA to promote meaningful progress.

We offer in-person roles in Pueblo with part-time (10–20 hours) or full-time (35–40 hours) options, competitive pay at $30/hour, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required.
• Services provided in person in Pueblo, Colorado.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person in Pueblo, Colorado
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
