Job summary

Total Care ABA in Thornton, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings. This part-time role offers $25-$30 per hour with a 15-hour weekly schedule.

You will deliver ABA therapy, support treatment plans by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team. Required: RBT certification, BACB registration, HS diploma/GED, reliable transport, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person in Thornton, Colorado.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

Subject to change: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 5pm to 8pm & Sunday; 12am to 6pm
