Job summary

Total Care ABA in Laporte, CO is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA services in-home and in-school. Earn $25–$30 per hour with flexible schedules and local travel to client homes in Laporte and surrounding areas.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinicians. Requirements include RBT certification, BACB registration, and a high school diploma; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children is preferred; ABA experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person in Laporte, Colorado.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

Schedule

• Moday through Thursday 3:30pm to 6pm for a total of 10 hours a week.
