Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Loveland, Colorado. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop essential skills through ABA therapy.

Earn $27–$30 per hour, Part-Time 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Training provided; travel to client homes is required as part of in-home services.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress.
• Active BACB registration preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document client data accurately

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress

• Accurately keep record of client’s progress

• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services

• Services provided in person in Loveland,Colorado

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
