Job summary

Total Care ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA services in Arizona. You’ll work one-on-one with children, implement BCBA plans, collect data, and help families progress.

Flexible schedules, supportive team, and opportunities for career growth in a mission-driven environment. Valid RBT certification preferred; BACB registration and reliable transport required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home, in-school, and in community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required to deliver services.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in-home, in‑school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
