Job summary

Mirabelle Care is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with children receiving ABA services. You will implement individualized programs, collect accurate session data, and foster a positive learning environment that supports families and children.

Successful candidates hold an active RBT certification, complete the BACB 40-hour training, and have reliable transportation for home-based services. The role emphasizes ongoing training and teamwork in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB in good standing.
• Completion of BACB-required 40-hour RBT training; effective January 2026, training must meet updated 3rd Edition Task List Content Outline (TCO) requirements.
• Reliable transportation for home-based and community service delivery as applicable.
• Clearance of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screens.
• Mirabelle Care will support you throughout the certification process and help guide you every step of the way.
