Job summary

Ambitions ABA is hiring an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families in Holyoke, MA. You will follow BCBA plans, prepare sessions with defined goals, and document progress while upholding HIPAA and BACB ethics.

We offer pay at $20-$25 per hour, exam fee reimbursement, free CEUs, referral bonuses, paid training, and a supportive clinical/administrative team to help you grow in your RBT career.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Free access to the RBT course may be provided to eligible candidates.
• Experience working with children in professional or volunteer settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure and materials.
• Implement procedures and provide timely feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB ethics.
• Collect and record client progress data during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.

• Free access to the RBT certification course for candidates with experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting, such as camps, daycare, tutoring, or mentoring.
