Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to serve in Newport News, VA or Hampton, VA. Roles are full-time or part-time with schedule options Monday through Friday, 8 am–6 pm or 3 pm–6 pm, and potential for future full-time growth.

Compensation ranges from $21–$26 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff including medical, dental, vision, 401k and free CEUs. Training programs and BCaBA/BCBA supervision hours are available to support professional

• RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT course.
• Experience in mental health, child development, or education.
• Must be 18+ and have high school diploma or equivalent, plus reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy services one-on-one or in small group settings with pediatric clients.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Work under the supervision of BCBAs to deliver treatment plans, collect data, and reinforce positive behaviors.

  • Full-Time: M-F 8 am - 6 pm! Part-Time: M-F Afternoons 3pm - 6 pm!

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapy services one-on-one or in small group settings with pediatric clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other unique needs within home, community and clinic settings
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve social, communication, and daily living skills
• Work under the close supervision of our BCBAs to deliver treatment plans, collect data, and reduce challenging behaviors by reinforcing positive behaviors and skills!

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates hold a valid RBT certification OR have completed the 40-hour RBT certification course! Not an RBT yet? No worries! We have an on-site training program as a benefit!

• Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!

• Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent, and have reliable transportation.
