Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At A Time care in Bloomfield, CT is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team. You will provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or communities under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for growth, training, and certification support. Pay ranges from $22–$30 per hour, with potential for career advancement and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience in therapy with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for RBTs.
• Continue with professional development.

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour
• Part-Time: Monday to Friday 3 to 6 PM Monday through Friday
• Location: Bloomfield, CT

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications
