Job summary

ASAT is seeking 4 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our Midtown Manhattan team. We deliver in-home, in-school, and community ABA therapy and design treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; ABA experience is a plus. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, paid training, and strong growth opportunities, with full support from a dedicated administrative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress; collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for RBTs.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour
• Part-Time Role #1: Monday to Friday 2:30 - 6:30 PM and weekends (Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM preferred or flexible)
• Part-Time Role #2: Monday to Friday 3:00 to 7:30 PM and weekends (10:00 AM to 4:15 PM on Saturday and Sunday preferred or flexible)
• Part-Time Role #3: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to noon and weekends if interested
• Part-Time Role #4: Monday and Wednesday 8:30-2:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 1-6 PM
• Location: Midtown New York, NY

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
