ABA A Step At A Time Care CT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver engaging 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive environment. The role includes implementing treatment plans, collaborating with families, and maintaining a safe atmosphere.

With part-time flexible hours and a pay range from $22 to $32 per hour, this position offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $32/hour
• Part-Time: Monday through Thursday 4:00 to 7:00 PM
• Location: Groton, CT

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
