Job summary

Channel ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children and adolescents in PG County, MD. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, implementing treatment plans designed to improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

Position offers flexible scheduling (part-time & full-time), paid training and supervision, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and ongoing professional development in ABA.

Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• One year minimum experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience with online data collection programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Maintain accurate data and communicate progress to the supervising BCBA.

About the Position

We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in PG County, MD.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients implementing treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team focuses on assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BehaviorAnalyst CertificationBoard.
• Highschooldiploma (bachelor’sdegreeinarelatedfieldpreferred).
