Job summary

Succeed ABA in Mount Olive, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support clients with autism in natural settings. You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain program fidelity and client progress.

This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with weekly pay, and a supportive supervisor network to help you grow professionally while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or 40-hour training completed.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Experience with children/adolescents with ASD.
• Strong communication with team and families.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions.
• Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
