Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Who You Are

You are an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician who will treat, track, and report the effectiveness of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) related interventions for individuals with autism, developmental delays, and other learning disabilities while working with a multidisciplinary team and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in a school-based environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Supervise clients in The Hope Therapy Center
2. Follow treatment plans using ABA principles and other relevant interventions under supervision
3. Ensure accurate data collection on treatment plans using data sheets and electronic devices
4. Complete documentation in accordance with Hope's deadlines and legal timelines
5. Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, administration, clients, parents, and community groups
6. Participate in staff meetings and training to update skills
7. Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
• Experience working with individuals with developmental delays

Clearances & Training Required

• Act 33 PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• Act 34 PA State Criminal History Clearance
• Act 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Dept of Education
• Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
• Act 168 from previous employers where you came into contact with children
• CPR/First Aid
• TB/Physical
