After school hours until 715, Saturdays 9-12 during the summer. "traditional hours" during the summer 9-4.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:


Required:



  • High school plus higher education coursework

  • 1 - 3 years relevant experience


Preferred:



  • 2 years' experience in the division of behavioral health services (e.g., TSS/BHT)

  • Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training with certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is a certified BCBA or BCBA.

  • Completed coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician- Children's Group to join our team in our Butler, PA location.



Position Details



Merakey is seeking ONSITE Behavioral Health Technicians. NO HOME VISITS. Afterschool hours.



This role provides basic group behavioral facilitation and interventions to a group of children in an established setting. This role also provides one-on-one interventions in support of this training when the behavior without this intervention would require a more restrictive treatment or educational setting.



If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or a Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you!



Earn $17.50 an hour.
