Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. We welcome applicants with or without prior experience and provide comprehensive training to obtain RBT certification.

Hours are full-time, Monday-Friday, with travel within a 25-mile radius as needed. You will work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative team environment focused on compassionate, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our team to implement behavior intervention plans designed by our BCBAs.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to individual needs.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills.
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress for treatment planning.
• Foster a warm, supportive rapport with clients and families.

Job Summary:

As an RBT at Inner Circle Autism Network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. We welcome individuals with or without prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates, enabling them to become certified RBTs.

Hours: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our passionate team of professionals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to meet their individual needs and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress to facilitate effective treatment planning.
• Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.

• Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in fine motor skills to effectively use specialized tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Physical Endurance: Capacity to maintain focus and provide consistent support during extended work hours or challenging situations.
• Physical Agility: Ability to move swiftly and react quickly in case of emergency situations or unexpected behaviors.
• This role may entail sitting on the floor with clients and swiftly transitioning into a standing position when necessary. This may involve maintaining a flexible and agile physical posture to support clients effectively during interactions and activities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
