Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. This role involves in-home and community-based sessions, using ABA principles to support skill development and behavior change.

You will collect data, document progress, and collaborate with analysts to ensure accurate reporting, while taking part in ongoing training and career growth opportunities within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
