Job summary

Kidz Thrive ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will implement behavior plans under supervision and collect progress data, while maintaining clear communication with families and the team.

The position offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth in the ABA field. Mandarin language skills are a plus, and HIPAA confidentiality is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Responsibilities:

• Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data to measure progress
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
• Mandarin speaking a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $26 an hour (based on education and prior work experience)

Schedule:

• Client sessions generally take place during the later afternoon hours and evenings, and are scheduled on most days of the week. Specific days and time vary by client.
