Job summary

Strides ABA in Staten Island, NY is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home, under supervision of BCBA colleagues.

You will collect data, implement personalized treatment plans, and help maintain a safe environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes

• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation (for community and in-home services)
