Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Thomasville, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team. You will provide one-on-one behavior therapy under BCBA supervision and help children with ASD reach important skills.

We offer a flexible part-time schedule, competitive hourly pay of $19.00–$26.00, professional development, and an engaging, supportive workplace focused on compassion and growth. Experience with ASD and RBT certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
