Job summary

One of the Kids in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy with children on the autism spectrum, following ABA, speech, and OT guidance within our 10,000+ sqft campus.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time RBT-certified candidates and a $2,000 annual attendance/retention bonus paid quarterly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching, paid maternity leave, PTO, and more.

We want to add a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our tight-knit team. This position is thoroughly clinic-based and subject to operating hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Compensation
