Job summary

One of the Kids, a multidisciplinary ABA program in South Austin, seeks a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to lead a small caseload and mentor a collaborative team of therapists. You will supervise 5–6 comprehensive program clients and coordinate care with speech and occupational therapy to tailor evidence-based interventions.

We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight-knit team:

• Certified as a BCBA with 1+ year of BCBA-related experience preferred but not required.
• Manageable small caseload of 5-6 comprehensive program clients (140-160 direct therapy hours under supervision).
• Center-based in South Austin. Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30AM and 5PM weekdays. No weekends or after hours.
