Job summary

One of the Kids is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team. You will support kids with autism through one-on-one ABA/related therapies during operating hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

We want to add a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our tight-knit team. This position is thoroughly clinic-based and subject to operating hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Compensation:

• - Competitive compensation.
• - $500 Sign-on bonus for full-time RBT-certified candidates.
• - Paid training program for BT trainees.
• - $2,000 annual attendance and retention bonus (paid quarterly).
