Job summary

Finni Health - South NM is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in home, clinic, and school environments in Santa Fe, NM. You will implement ABA care with BCBA supervision and help families teach new skills.

The role offers full-time hours, $25-$28 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff. CPR certification and RBT are desired; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with children and a passion for supporting those with special needs.
• Reliable transportation to in-home and clinic visits.
• Active CPR certification required; RBT certification preferred or in progress.
• Familiarity with data platforms like CentralReach, Catalyst or Rethink is a plus.
• This role uses tablets and scheduling software for real-time data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
• Collect and record data on child behaviors
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

Monday-Friday with availability within 8 AM-6 PM

As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

What You'll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Active CPR certification (Preferred)
• RBT certification:
• This role involves using technology every day, including tablets for real-time data collection, scheduling software, communication platforms, and electronic documentation.
• Experience using technology and software or platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar data collection systems is a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

License/Certification

• CPR Certification (Required)
• RBT certification

Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers
