Job summary

Finni Health - South NM is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home, clinic, and school teams in Santa Fe, NM. You will implement ABA services under a BCBA and help families support their children’s progress.

The role requires 18+ years of age, active RBT credential, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and experience with kids. Pay is $25–$28/hr, full-time with training and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children, especially in special needs.
• Active CPR certification and RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person ABA services in clients' homes.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors.
• Work with BCBA to implement plans.
• Attend team meetings and supervise sessions.
