Job summary

Finni Health is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, part-time work in Las Cruces, NM. You will work with a BCBA to implement ABA plans, collect data, and support children and their families.

Open availability with morning hours preferred; compensation is $20/hour with training and growth opportunities. In-person visits and weekly supervision are expected for ongoing patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, including those with special needs.
• Reliable transportation to in-home visits.
• CPR certification preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with data collection platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home setting.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors.
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst.
• Attend team meetings.

Job Type: Part-time (<30 hrs/week)

As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You'll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home setting

Collect and record data on child behaviors

Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

Attend team meetings

What You'll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Active CPR certification (Preferred)
• RBT certification: (Preferred but not required)
• This role involves using technology every day, including tablets for real-time data collection, scheduling software, communication platforms, and electronic documentation.
• Experience using technology and software or platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar data collection systems is a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
• RBT certification (Preferred but not required)
