Job summary

Finni Health - South NM is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA care under a BCBA in Alamogordo, NM. The role is part-time, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, with a $20.00/hour rate.

You will collect data, work closely with families, and participate in weekly supervision and team meetings. CPR and RBT certification are preferred; training is provided. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• CPR certification preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person ABA intervention services in a child’s home setting
• Collect and record data on child behaviors
• Be available weekly for supervision by the BCBA

As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

What You'll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Active CPR certification (Preferred)
• RBT certification: (Preferred but not required, we will train you!)
• This role involves using technology every day, including tablets for real-time data collection, scheduling software, communication platforms, and electronic documentation.
• Experience using technology and software or platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar data collection systems is a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Within 30 days of employment)
• RBT certification (Preferred but not required, we will train you!)
