Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings across New Mexico. You will implement individualized plans under supervision of BCBAs and help children achieve meaningful goals.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with compensation based on experience. This in-home and in-school service provider emphasizes mission-driven care and ongoing professional development for its RBTs.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required and BACB registry listing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across New Mexico and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week

• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week

• Flexible shifts available

• Services provided in person throughout New Mexico

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
