Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring registered behavior technicians (RBTs) in Farmington, New Mexico. Join a mission-driven team delivering in-home and in-school ABA services to children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children and autism a plus.
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.

What You Will Do

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughoutNew Mexico
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued
• learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and open to feedback
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available

Travel opportunities may be available depending on location and client need
