Job summary

Total Care ABA in Hobbs, NM is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children in home, school, and community settings across New Mexico. Earn $20–$29 per hour with flexible schedules designed to fit your lifestyle.

You will work under a BCBA, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team. Travel to client homes is required; Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home,

school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughoutNew Mexico
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued
• learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and open to feedback
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
