Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences.

You will draft reports to relay progress to senior health professionals, collaborate with a passionate team, and help children build essential communication and social skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
