Alight Behavioral in Ramsey, Minnesota is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum. Positions are available both full-time and part-time with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Qualifications
