Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to provide ABA services for children with autism aged 2-9, in home, daycare and clinic settings. Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
