Job summary

Children Making Strides in Stoughton, MA is seeking ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to deliver in‑home, daycare and clinic‑based ABA therapy for children aged 2–9. You will implement therapy plans, collect progress data, and draft reports for senior health professionals, under BCBA supervision.

As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
