Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans under supervision, monitor progress with data collection, and collaborate with families and supervising BCBA for consistent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
