Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Newton, MA is seeking an experienced RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and collecting progress data to support meaningful skill development.

You will work closely with supervising BCBAs and families, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment during sessions while documenting progress and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
